$1m Opus Prize for Social Innovation Awarded To Aicha Ech Channa
Moroccan entrepreneur and human rights activist Aicha Ech Channa has won the $1 million Opus prize for Social Innovation. Her work providing services for single mothers and their children has spanned over two decades and now encompasses three day-care centres and training schools, two restaurants, four kiosks and a hammam.
