British Telecom have today revealed a groundbreaking partnership with TSIC client Global Ethics around employee secondments. Over 20,000 BT staff days have been committed to charity in one of the most generous corporate secondment schemes in existence. Creative philanthropy, corporate-charity secondments and leveraging of staff skills are at the heart of the scheme, the biggest beneficiary of which has been social enterprise Global Ethics.
