The Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families, Ed Balls voiced his personal support for Future First in an article published online today at Labour List. In the article, which comments on the white paper released by the DCSF on Monday, Ed Balls argues that “every young person should have access to a mentor- whether that’s a local businessperson or a network of former students at their school as the successful Future First programme has done”.
