With a new parliament just around the corner it is looking likely that there will be more MPs than ever before with a third sector background. The Guardian has researched the top 100 marginal seats in the country and found that more than a quarter of Labour candidates have worked in the third sector, 13% of Tories, and about 10% of Lib Dem candidates. Nowhere is this reflected more than in the Bristol North West constituency where all three major party candidates have experience in charities.
