Thousands Of Malaria Cures Are Opened Up To The Public

Pharmaceutical company GlaxoSmithKline is opening their chemical compound library to allow developing countries to access cures for local diseases such as malaria. The move by GlaxoSmithkline hopes to encourage other companies to take on social responsibility in a field where the market does not permit extensive research opportunities for the treatment of tropical diseases. Here’s hoping that this will become the norm rather than the exception.
