In 2015, TSIC UK became one of the 62 founding B Corps in the UK, certified by the nonprofit B Lab to meet rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. Today, there are more than 1,400 Certified B Corps from 42 countries and over 120 industries working together toward 1 unifying goal: to redefine success in business. We are proud to be part of this global community. As part of our social responsibility, we dedicate 5% of our profits to social change projects and 3% of our staff time to pro-bono work.
TSIC is also a member of AVPN, a unique funders’ network based in Singapore committed to building a vibrant and high impact social investment community across Asia. AVPN’s mission is to catalyse the movement toward a more strategic, collaborative and outcome focused approach to philanthropy and social investing, ensuring that resources are deployed as effectively as possible to address key social challenges facing Asia today and in the future.
On a regular basis TSIC holds careers workshops at our London office to introduce people interested in the areas in which we work to our organisation and that of our sister brand, Ten Years’ Time.
