Tell us a bit about yourself ?

Born and raised in India, my passion for social impact was shaped by early exposure to systemic inequalities around me. A year-long exchange program through Rotary in the US (a small town named Delhi, upstate New York) at 16 broadened my perspective on the development gaps between countries.

I studied economics at St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, and began my career in consulting—first at PwC (in the supply chain field) and then at Deloitte in their Social Impact consulting team, focusing on impact assessments and M&E for social sector programs.

Having been exposed to several challenges and limitations in the field, I sought to understand the development landscape better and learn about evidence-based solutions, so I embarked on pursuing an MSc. in Development Management at the London School of Economics. Now, at The Social Investment Consultancy, I look forward to leveraging my education and skills to drive meaningful impact.

Why did you choose to work with TSIC?

Several aspects of TSIC stood out to me:

  • Their commitment to equitable, inclusive, and meaningful impact, including a focus on systems change
  • Their approach to delivering solutions by combining global networks with local expertise
  • Their proactive role in shaping inclusive and rigorous methodologies for social innovation, impact evaluation, and DEI.

The chance to work across the breadth of service offerings of TSIC —  impact investment, ESG, DEI, and strategy — excited me for my professional development and made TSIC the perfect place for me to continue my journey exploring the field of social impact.

What are you most looking forward to?

I am eager to work on a diverse range of projects with talented colleagues and impact-driven clients from across the globe. I hope to apply my skills in impact measurement, research, and stakeholder engagement to help organisations maximise their impact and advance TSIC’s mission. At the same time, I am excited to learn from experts driving social change and innovation, further strengthening my ability to create meaningful, lasting impact.
