Finally, we create an implementation plan that would lead the management team to deliver on the vision while channelising the organisation’s resources towards bringing the plan into fruition.

These plans contain high-level capital allocation details that drive decisions around financial reserving, investment and performance tracking of the capital deployed towards the social cause.
