Reenergia Impact is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with The Social Investment Consultancy (TSIC), a global social impact advisory firm, to strengthen the Impact Measurement and Management (IMM) architecture for the Sustainable Impact and Innovation Nexus (SIIN) Fund.
The partnership brings together Reenergia Impact’s leadership in impact investment with TSIC’s global expertise in social impact measurement, evaluation, strategy, innovation, and delivery. Through this collaboration, the two organizations aim to strengthen the systems, tools, and practitioner networks needed to ensure that SIIN’s impact is measurable, credible, and locally relevant.
Under the MoU, Reenergia Impact and TSIC will collaborate across several strategic areas, including the development of the SIIN Fund’s IMM strategy, the establishment of a network of impact measurement practitioners and institutions, and the design of capacity-building initiatives for investees and ecosystem stakeholders. The partnership will also explore innovative approaches to impact measurement, including impact valuation methodologies, localization of impact metrics, and emerging digital and technology-enabled solutions for impact tracking and reporting.
The collaboration reflects a shared commitment to advancing global best practices in impact investing and ensuring that capital is directed toward solutions capable of generating measurable and lasting change. By combining international expertise with locally grounded approaches, the partnership aims to strengthen accountability, transparency, and learning within the broader impact investing ecosystem, helping to build a more robust and outcome-driven impact investment landscape across Pakistan and the wider region.
