USERS – TSIC’s new methodology for Inclusive Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning

Introducing USERS – our methodology for Inclusive Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning

At TSIC, we believe that including user voices in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) through co-production is key to gaining a solid and nuanced understanding of impact. But we also know how difficult it is to put co-production into practice. It involves setting up complex processes, managing multiple groups of stakeholders, and mitigating the risks involved when asking vulnerable populations for their active participation. This is why we created USERS as a practical tool to help charities/NGOs, funders and end-users implement co-production – and maybe change the traditional dynamics of power between them.

We are constantly seeking to improve our methodology, so if you have any suggestions you would like to share with us, please get in touch with [email protected].
