Join us for a new online event on the 15th of October at 14-16 CET by the Investment Climate Reform (ICR) Facility in partnership with The Social Investment Consultancy (TSIC). This event is part of a series of four events looking at social finance in ACP countries. This first event will highlight the many shapes and sizes of social enterprises and related organisational forms across ACP countries, and how these differences inform their financing needs. It seeks to draw out the nuances when discussing the demand side of the social finance ecosystem and where stakeholders’ views converge and diverge; and to identify ways to create an enabling environment for all social enterprises to succeed.
After the online event, there will be opportunities for public and private stakeholders from ACP countries to seek further one-on-one assistance through remote support.

ABOUT THE ICR FACILITY
The ICR Facility is co-funded by the European Union (EU), the Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OACPS) under the 11th European Development Fund (EDF), together with the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the British Council. It is implemented by GIZ, the British Council, Expertise France, and SNV.
The ICR Facility supports specific and targeted interventions at the economy-wide, sectorial and value chain level with Technical Assistance for up to 90 days based on requests. Requests can be handed in by OACPS public and private stakeholders according to the eligibility requirements. The ICR Facility offers Technical Assistance in the field of Business Environment Reform for inclusive and sustainable economic development on the basis Public-Private Dialogue.
