Alex Britten-Zondani (she/her) is Director of Operations at TSIC. She is an experienced charity sector leader and consultant, with particular expertise and interest in strategic operations, enterprise development, impact evaluation and systems change approaches. 

Prior to joining TSIC she was Senior Operations Manager at Islington based local health and wellbeing charity Manor Gardens Welfare Trust, leading their charitable services and a department of 35 people, and in particular focusing on the local response to the pandemic. She started her career working in campaigning and activism in the youth sector, and went on to work at a think tank focused on the common good and youth policy. 

She has founded and led two businesses, an immersive theatre company producing socially focused shows, and a not-for-profit collective that creates events for queer womxn and non-binary peoples. 

Alex lives on the outskirts of Lewes in East Sussex with her wife and her black cat. She loves to spend her time exploring the countryside and local pubs, usually with a board game in hand.
