Claire Arnott

Senior Associate

Claire has worked in the social sector for twelve years, eleven of which have been as a consultant, supporting clients with research and analysis, monitoring and evaluation and strategy development. During this time she has worked with a wide range of organisations in both the UK and those focused on international development globally, running research in a variety of contexts, developing Theories of Change and evaluation frameworks, designing tools and systems, collecting and analysing qualitative and quantitative data and communicating findings to stakeholders, whether these be funders, beneficiaries or the broader sector.

Prior to becoming an independent consultant in March 2017, she was the Managing Director of TSIC and the Managing Director of Ten Years’ Time, a philanthropy advisory firm specialising in systemic change grant-making.

She has an MA from SOAS and a BA from the University of Newcastle.
