Prior to joining TSIC, Gabriele worked for Tutors United, a social enterprise dedicated to closing the attainment gap among primary school pupils in the UK, where she was responsible for tutor recruitment, development, and developing a tutor-specific impact framework. She has also completed an internship with another social enterprise, Insight For Good, where she worked on SDG-specific research and project management.

She holds an MSc degree in Clinical Psychology from Vilnius University, Lithuania, and brings in a wealth of experience in mental health, research, non-formal education and empowering young people both in the UK and in Europe. She now lives in London, UK
