Kyrus is the Director in Greater China region. He has extensive experience in organization development, operations management, volunteer management, international development, and humanitarian.

Kyrus has been devoted to the humanitarian movement for more than 15 years. He has worked on organization development for the IFRC East Asia office previously, and still being an active volunteer leader in Hong Kong Red Cross. He was elected as East Asia representative in the Asia Pacific Youth Network of the IFRC from 2009 to 2014. He is now a member of the Council of the Hong Kong Red Cross. Besides humanitarian, he has also worked for a leading workspace and community for start-ups, so he knows well how to integrate the new start-up elements into a traditional business. Furthermore, Kyrus is appointed as a member of the Human Resources Planning Commission, the Youth Development Commission, the Consultation Panel of West Kowloon Cultural District Authority and the Consumer Council by the Hong Kong SAR Government.
