Lucía Urrieta Chávez

Consultant

Lucía is an analyst at TSIC. Prior to this, she worked as a content project manager at the agency Auditoire, where she conducted research and curated content for international conferences on education, youth, and women’s empowerment. She has seven years’ experience in social development and education, working in organisations in Mexico and France, including the UN ECLAC, the Orange Foundation, and the non-profit Les Petits Riens. This last experience led her to become a UN Local Pathways Fellow, aiming to localise the Sustainable Development Goals in Paris. She is now a mentor for current fellows championing sustainable cities.

During the pandemic, Lucía started volunteering at now-u, a non-profit app for civic action. She currently heads its campaigns team and contributes to the start up’s strategy.

Lucía holds a BA in International Relations for the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM) and a master’s degree in international development from Sciences Po Paris. Originally from Mexico, she is fluent in Spanish, English, French and dabbles in Russian.
