An experienced sustainability consultant, a business mentor and a business management faculty. He has been involved in mentoring social business in MENA, India and Africa with Cherie Blair Foundation and Mowgli Foundation. He is managing social impact assessment projects for funding organization in the GCC region.

Salam led projects in social impact and social innovation in the GCC, Jordan and East Africa.

He is also spearheading the efforts in building the Arabic Social Impact Council.

Salam has dual degrees in Engineering (B.Sc.) and Business Administration (BA) and holds a Global MBA degree in International Business and a Green MBA Certificate from Japan. Part of his PhD. research had been published in the book “Inclusive Innovations for Sustainable Development”

Salam is a member of  ISDRS (International Sustainable Development Research Society) and Social Value International (SVI) . And now heading the efforts to build the Social value Arabia (SVA).  He was awarded the Social Impact Excellence Award in 2018 by the CSR Regional network.
