Sophia is a Consultant (On Purpose) at TSIC, with 4 years of experience in public sector management consultancy. She has previously worked at Farsight Consulting in London, where her clients included the Home Office and the Youth Justice Board, and for KPMG in Melbourne where she gained the skills needed to help government, business and other agencies deliver effectively for their communities and users. Her expertise includes project management, stakeholder and relationship management, communications, analysis and strategy development.

She is passionate about social justice, female and youth empowerment, marginalized communities and sustainability, and is looking forward to using her professional skills, strengths and experience to work towards goals that are aligned with her personal values. 

During the pandemic Sophia found herself spending an unplanned 3 years in New Zealand where she tried her hands at a number of vocations including dairy farming, landscaping and stand-up comedy.

Sophia studied Politics at the University of Nottingham and has a Masters in Development Studies from Cambridge University.
